Maintenance Mgr. Mike:
- deliberate violation of guest / tenant rights under Louisiana / Federal law; eviction through misuse of law enforcement by agent of property without due process of law, formal proceeding, or court ordered judicial writ of EVICTION;
- (and in violation of above mandate from Louisiana Governor).
UPSHOT:
HEAD OF MAINT. Mike, responding two days late to calls / texts from Rose (front desk) over in progress harassing / stalking by ex-homeless, ex-felon, Vet, recently released after six years incarceration methamphetamine,
placed by VA at Richmond in past month.
With no monetary assistance, in effect causing his destitution and aggressive panhandling intimidation, larceny from me after helping him initially (phone charger, Bluetooth speakers, $40 cash).
Indiscriminate, explicit harassment toward numerous friends visiting Richmond Suites for over a month, openly smoking methamphetamine on hotel grounds, witnessed by me and several other guests, and once more.
Finally, Dec. 27 (date of ill-gotten eviction), he continued to text vile, graphic, sexual texts to strangers -- female friends of guests -- soliciting sexual favors in exchange for meth (100 text msgs. preserved as evidence from ONE friend alone).
Rather than Mike responding to matters concerning ME, Dec. 27th, he took opportunity of GM Trudi Veals' absence to autonomously ELICIT an illicit police eviction with no authority, making null and void his order, furthermore by falling under the criminal statute of
misuse of police Resources and Authority by misrepresenting criminality in the deliberate action to affect a wittingly false accusation and enforcement by Police,
and
exploitation of state or city law enforcement to enforce immediate eviction with no written or declared order / statement, and with no formal filing of eviction proceedings.

Long-term, 10-month guest (referred by former employee, conjointly author of Richmond Suites rule book, Rules of which staff broke a minimum of ten thereon day alone).
VP John Holmstrom, HAD previously countermanded Ms. Veals initial, idle attempt at eviction by siding with guest (me) over his 25-year employed GM, overruling her for a period of time, DURING WHICH it had become obvious to me, that rather than dropping the matter for whatever prejudicial motivation she had initially ab initio based HER first eviction try on, HAD now CAUSED HER TO BECOME more invigorated to accomplish it, being careful to concoct a plan within which, it would not be SHE -- this time, whose endorsement was THAT which John would RAISE suspicion of retaliation for his reprimand and towards me for what it was, if not racially motivated enmity, which caused her to stake her career on my eviction.

I then called Ms. Trina Bankston for her aid during this matter, as I had for her advocacy on the first occasion, in which her intervention was crucial in obtaining protection from the personally driven, reckless campaign enacted by Richmond Hotel & Suites GM Trudi Veals and recently dismissed Front Desk Clerk, Faith, by SMC Hotel Group, of which Mr. Holmstrom REPRESENTS AS acting Vice President).
Before making ineradicable my decision to shield myself and seek remedy within the now-17-day-absence of response for mounting slumlord tactics by sub-managerial workers, I contend, as retribution for Richmond Suites corporate decision past, overruling Trudi Veals' first initiative, as well as, similarly illustrating the corrupting influence of the endemic culture of racism which she has cultivated and which has been shown by various staff, as evidenced by Front Desk employee, Faith, concerning her abusive, frenzied outbursts, where she conjointly, autonomously barred me from the lobby of the hotel ON three OCCASIONS previously, until making it mandatory that John Holstrom, in person, was required to dismiss her over her outlandish, racially driven, virtually identical to those disbursed toward me on Christmas by, and without authority (considering Governor John Edwards ban on evictions throughout COVID-19 PANDEMIC, indisputably proving that THERE WAS fully NOTHING TO necessitate anything RESEMBLING eviction, which further calls for the prosecution of theirs and their agents' criminality of intention and guilt in committing these unlawfully motivated and current disposition of their successfully carried out eviction, based on no previous instigation.
upon writing MY story of December 27, 2020 making Richmond Inn & Suites ineligible in carrying out their eviction upon me by service man Mike and Head of Housekeeping at Richmond and SMC Hotels Group, I had not yet discovered this Presidential mandate which follows!
