Various Operators:
0:12 is absolutely ot a D10, it's an 11, 0:22 is a D9. Some of the others I think may be D11's but are too blurry to see the walking gear, steps or exhausts good enough to be sure. I don't think I'll ever have a chance to try a D10, but I have driven a 1979 Cat D6D and a 1957 Cat D7.
