falloutgee, Because he did not kill anyone & he did not tell anyone to kill. They are wrongly holding him for associating with those people who through a plea bargain probably lied to get out of prison or get a reduced sentence. Judges threaten people with severe punishment unless they confess to things that aren't true. It's a judicial scam that our criminal occult government uses to hurt others. It's sadistic. In Germany we would have let him go 20 years ago. In the US you just have too many Christians who still believe in retarded concepts like "good and evil". The Middle Ages are over guys !
