Tiger escape shuts down Miami zoo

A Miami zoo was closed for an hour after a Bengal tiger jumped out of its cage. Staffers at Jungle Island zoo believe the tiger escaped after spotting a gibbon that had also escaped its cage. The three-year-old tiger was recaptured after staff evacuated the grounds. Four visitors suffered minor injuries. Please log in to download!

Two held in Amsterdam on terror plot suspicion

Two US citizens of Yemeni descent are being questioned after being detained at Schipol Airport in the Netherlands. It has been speculated that one of the men, Ahmed Mohammed Nasser al Soofi, may have been testing airport security after a ‘mock bomb’ fashioned out of a cellphone and Pepto-Bismol bottle was found in his luggage. Al Soofi and his baggage had earlier been searched at Alabama’s airport, but he was allowed to travel on.
