Panchira (cartoon upskirt...think about it)
Its origin is a colloquial expression used by Japanese women, to warn them that their knickers (Pants, underwear, panties) are still visible. Today the meaning has been extended to take a candid look at the panties of a girl who are exposed for various reasons of neglect or accidental, by bringing the girl usually skirts (to bend or sit, down, bending over in miniskirts, the fight, a gust of wind to lift her skirts, a fouling on the slopes ... etc). Also include when someone does something to see the panties of the girl without her consent. Therefore, it has a concept to fetishist and voyeur.
The word comes from English panties (knickers) and chira Japanese for one look or glance. Approaching the term "upskirt" in English (skirts up), but the synonym would be "panty-shot" (pant-shot or glance), because upskirt includes the fact that under the skirts not wearing any underwear. There is a Spanish word that defines panchira, would be used more than one word as "panties exposed", "panties sticking out" or "panties look." While in Chile, using colloquial language, might be translated as "quarters."
